Anti-N-Methyl-D-Aspartate-Receptor Encephalitis
Anti-inflammatory treatment led to almost full recovery with persistent disappearance of catatonic symptoms; however, a dysexecutive syndrome led to ongoing relevant problems with good response to low-dose atypical neuroleptics and CBT.
