În această lucrare sunt analizate piesele de piatră șlefuită și cioplită descoperite în nivelul cultural corespunzând culturii Starčevo-Criș, din situl arheologic Negrilești– Curtea Școlii (jud. Galați). Situl amintit se află în intravilanul satului Negrilești, pe terasa înaltă a râului Bârlad.
