Réflexions sur le devenir de l'adoption internationale
Dans cet article, l’auteure explique que les dispositifs juridiques sur lesquels repose l’adoption internationale ont atteint un tel degré de complexité que toutes les velléités de réforme ont été jusqu’à présent vouées à l’échec. Après en avoir examiné les raisons, elle pointe du doigt la situation inique des enfants provenant de pays d’origine qui prohibent l’adoption et qui ne peuvent, malheureusement, au regard du droit français, être adoptés…
