Methamphetamine-related psychiatric emergencies in Türkiye
MA users admitted to psychiatric emergency services in Türkiye often present with severe symptoms, high rates of comorbidity, and polysubstance use. Recognizing key risk factors may help guide early intervention and integrated care for this vulnerable group. These findings add new knowledge from a non-Western context and may inform clinical practice and policy in similar settings worldwide
Emotion recognition deficits in patients with skin picking disorder
This study enhances the understanding of emotion recognition in SPD and alexithymia by highlighting their shared and unique challenges. The absence of a significant interaction effect suggests that these conditions independently contribute to emotion recognition deficits without compounding effects, underscoring the need for targeted interventions
