Personality Characteristics of "Self Martyrs"/"Suicide Bombers" and Organizers of Suicide Attacks
This is a report of a direct psychological examination of suicide, or “martyrdom” terrorists and of organizers of martyrdom attacks. Do Attachment and Hardiness Relate to Each Other and to Mental Health in Real-Life Stress
This study examines the associations among attachment styles, hardiness, and mental health in intensive real-life stress. Four hundred and thirty-four young Israeli men, candidates for service in an elite combat unit, were assessed towards the end of a highly demanding screening process.
