  • Endoecological Model of Relationship Between Liver Dysfunction and Large Intestine Dysbiosis in Acute Alcoholic Psychosis

    Open Access•Natalia V Solovieva, O E Karyakina et al.•ARTICLE•Ekologiya Cheloveka (Human Ecology•2017•References: 7

The results of biochemical parameters evaluation of blood dynamics and large intestine endoecology in patients with a syndrome of dependence on alcohol are presented. Friendly changes in enzymatic activity of blood serum and quantitative content of the main microflora representatives of large intestine in patients with acute alcoholic psychosis (AAP) are identified. It was produced ranking indicators of serum enzymes, lipids, pigment metabolism w…

  • Correlation of the Shedding of Lymphocytes Receptors With Parameters of Immunologic Reactivity in Residents of the North

    Open Access•O E Karyakina, Liliya K Dobrodeeva•ARTICLE•Ekologiya Cheloveka (Human Ecology•2016•Cited by: 3•References: 4

The study retrospectively investigated correlation characteristics of membrane and soluble forms of lymphocyte receptors in 78 healthy people living in the city of Arkhangelsk. The results of a statistical analysis allowed to evaluate the relationship of dynamic indices of shedding lymphocyte receptors CD23 and CD80 to the immunological reactivity indices. It was found that the receptors' shedding was not associated with the processes of prolifer…

  • Model of Forecasting of Duration of Postoperative Treatment at Performance of Hi-Tech Operations on Heart on Elimination of Arrhythmias

    Open Access•L A Basova, Л А Басова et al.•ARTICLE•Ekologiya Cheloveka (Human Ecology•2012

Results of creation of mathematical model for postoperative treatment duration forecasting at performance of hi-tech operations on heart on elimination of arrhythmias are presented in the article. The developed model is a basis for creation of the automated program module for risk degree assessment of the patient who has arrived for operative treatment

  • Use of Mathematical Models in Clinical Practice

    Open Access•O E Karyakina, L K Dobrodeeva et al.•ARTICLE•Ekologiya Cheloveka (Human Ecology•2012•References: 12

In the article, the main stages, benefits and possibilities of mathematical modeling use in various fields of medicine have been considered. The literature review has summarized information about a wide range of existing models in clinical practice for prediction of morbidity, in comprehensive assessment of the body functional systems, in differential diagnostics and making medical decisions on strategy and tactics of treatment of patients
