Measuring bankers’ deviant behaviour: Structure and reliability in a Nigerian sample
In combating the increasing number of challenges faced by the banking industries that range from disobedience to standard operations, connivance with fraudulent clients, and regular counterproductive behaviours, a measure of deviant behaviour in the banking sector is necessary.
