Association of brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels at different trimesters and new-onset depressive symptom in the third trimester among pregnant women
Overall, serum BDNF levels in the first, second, and third trimester were significantly associated with decreased PHQ-9 score and reduced risk of prenatal depressive symptoms. Serum BDNF shows promise as a predictive biomarker for antenatal depressive symptoms across all trimesters
Stressful life events and non-suicidal self-injury among college students
Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behavior represents a worrisome mental health concern across the world, with stressful life events emerging as a critical proximal predictor of NSSI behavior among college students. The high prevalence and severe implications of NSSI behavior necessitate a thorough investigation of the underlying mechanisms linking stressful life events to such maladaptive behavior among this vulnerable population. This study aims …

Evaluating Environmentally Sustainable Development Based on the PSR Framework and Variable Weigh Analytic Hierarchy Process
Environmentally sustainable development is a multidimensional concept that emphasizes the integration of economy, society and environment within a region and the realization of dynamic balance. How to objectively environmentally sustainable development has been a major concern for scholars and policy makers. To address this problem effectively, we first obtain the indicators of environmentally sustainable development based on the pressure-state-r…
Social Group Recommendation With TrAdaBoost
In recent years, group recommendation has become a research hotspot and focus in online social network community. Currently, several deep-learning-based approaches are leveraged to learn preferences of groups for items and predict the next items in which groups may be interested. Yet, their recommendation performance is still unsatisfactory due to the sparse group-item interactions. In order to address this problem, in this article, we introduce …
