Assimilation or Differentiation? Diverging Effects of Residential Mobility on Consumer Risk Taking
Influencing factors of suicide in hospitalized patients with mental disorders
In China, the proportion of suicide cases of hospitalized psychiatric patients in civil cases of medical malpractices has been increasing. Independent risk factors include hospital type, suicidal history, history of suicidal behavior, clinical psychiatric diagnosis of others, medical fault in violating specific regulations and medical fault in breach of duty of care. Optimizing resource allocation in comprehensive hospitals, enhancing ward safety…
Analysis of factors influencing the assessment of sexual self-defense capacity in individuals with mental disorders
(1) Both ADL and FSIQ are significant factors influencing SSDC. (2) ADL demonstrates superior predictive efficacy compared to FSIQ. (3) The combined predictive model (ADL + FSIQ) outperforms the use of FSIQ alone. (4) The predictive efficacy of the combined ADL-FSIQ model failed to exceed that of the ADL-only model. (5) The comprehensive use of ADL and FSIQ assessments can effectively improve the accuracy of SSDC evaluation in forensic psychiatri…
Influencing factors for assessment of criminal responsibility in patients with mental disorders
Sex-Dependent Effects of PM2.5 Maternal Exposure and Quercetin Intervention on Offspring’s Short Chain Fatty Acids
Short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) are produced by the colonic microbiota through fermentation. Influences of maternal PM 2.5 exposure on SCFAs of the offspring have not been well understood. Additionally, studies of dietary intervention have not been carried out yet. Here we performed a study that dams were received PM 2.5 and quercetin intervention during gestation and lactation. SCFAs in colon of dams and their offspring (on postnatal day 21 and …
Association between dietary inflammatory index and bone density in lactating women at 6 months postpartum
Chinese lactating women with higher DII scores have more bone mass loss; however significant differences and trends are attenuated and/or disappear depending on covariates and confounders that are taken into account in statistical analysis. The further study should be conducted in larger population to explore whether the significant association between DII and BD exists in Chinese lactating women
The Influence of Quercetin on Maternal Immunity, Oxidative Stress, and Inflammation in Mice with Exposure of Fine Particulate Matter during Gestation
The objective is to investigate the influence of PM 2.5 exposure on peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in pregnant mice and the antagonism of quercetin on adverse effects induced by PM 2.5 exposure. Pregnant mice were randomly divided into control group, PM 2.5 model group and 3 quercetin intervention groups. Dams in all groups except the control group were exposed to PM 2.5 suspension by intratracheal instillation on gestational day (GD) 3, 6, …
