Physical activity barriers, nutrition, motivation, and body composition in university students
Integrating behavioural scales with body composition measures shows that nutritional attitudes, general motivation, and perceived barriers jointly shape students' healthy lifestyle profiles. These findings can inform gender-sensitive, university-based health promotion programs designed to reduce barriers and strengthen students' overall motivational regulation
Cognitive health outcomes of fundamental motor skill applications in children through cooperative learning method
The results support increasing the inclusion of fundamental motor skill activities in physical education classes and advocating for the use of cooperative learning methods in these classes. Enhancements in visual-motor integration and selective attention may contribute to children forming quality relationships, enjoying activities, learning stress management, and developing as a group
