The impact of emotional management ability on sleep quality of university students
In several ways, emotional management ability and sleep quality are related among application-oriented university students. There's a direct negative correlation between them, and it's also possible that physical exercise and electronic health literacy are mediators in a chain, indirectly affecting sleep quality
The effects of mobile phone addiction on bedtime procrastination in university students
This study reveals the special characteristics of the influencing factors and pathways of bedtime procrastination in this group of college students, providing targeted evidence for the prevention and intervention of bedtime procrastination in college students.
