The Healthcare Relationship during the Second Wave of the Covid-19 Pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic had an impact not only on people's lives but also on the healthcare system. This study aimed to investigate the healthcare relationship in the Emergency Department (ED) of a hospital in northern Italy, during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
