How Does Time Spent Working in Custody Influence Health and Fitness Characteristics of Law Enforcement Officers
This study investigated the influence of time spent working in custody on the health and fitness of law enforcement officers (LEOs). This study captured heart rate (HR) responses of custody assistant (CA) recruits undertaking circuit training sessions. Data from 10 male and 12 female CA recruits were analyzed.
