We report the case of a 62-year-old male with cough and abdominal pain for two weeks, associated with pulmonary tomographic findings compatible with probable infection by SARS-CoV-2, and who received high doses of early corticotherapy as an outpatient. The diffuse pattern is associated with higher clinical severity. The crazy-paving pattern and a high TSS value are associated with higher clinical severity and mortality. We propose TSS cutoff values of 7 and 13 for moderate and severe disease, respectively
