  • Giving and Governing Policy Advice: The South African Economic Advisory Council, 1960–1985

    In this paper the pre-1994 South African Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Council is explored as a case for identifying effects of institutionalised interest representation on the exchange of information and policy advice.
