    This paper explores the presence of Florus in Jerome's works, with particular focus on the Vitae monachorum. Scholars of the Vita Pauli and Vita Malchi have identified passages where Jerome would employ words or expressions from Florus (no such evidence appears in the Vita Hilarionis).     The aim of this paper is drawing attention to a passage of the Ethiopian Stories by Heliodorus of Emesa (9,9,3) on the divinization of the Nile borrowed from Life of Moses (2,195) by Philo of Alexandria.     Se analizó sobre la base del polimorfismo del cromosoma Y del ADN, el origen étnico de linaje paterno en dos subpoblaciones amerindias del nordeste argentino exindidas de un mismo ancestro. Una de las subpoblaciones fue obtenida en San Salvador de Jujuy ubicado a 1.200 m sobre el nivel del mar y la segunda en los habitantes de Humahuaca con una altitud que fluctúa entre 2.500 a 3.500 metros.
