Comparative study between effect of both drugs Tamoxifen versus Letrozole on endometrial thickness as Hormonal adjuvant therapy in breast cancer
Background: Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer and the second leading cause of cancer related death in women. About eighty percent of breast cancers express Estrogen receptors.
