Silver jar from the bosporan sanctuary of Demeter and Kore
This article presents the results of the study of a halide film formed on a surface of a silver jar found in 2002 in the sanctuary of Demeter and Kore on the Taman Peninsula (Krasnodar region, Russia). Investigated sanctuary is located within Beregovoy 4 settlement and was related to Eleusinian cults, which were already presented on the territory of the Cimmerian Bosporus. Golden Jewelry from Frontovoe 3 Cemetery
The article presents the first results of a study of the composition of metal and manufacturing techniques of golden jewelry from excavations on the Roman Time Frontovoe 3 cemetery. The authors offer summarized data about the content of gold and the main manufacturing methods for part of the jewelry from the collection.
