The Double-Edged Effects of Organizational Sustainability Orientation on Employees
Analysis of factors influencing the use of new forms of foreign language textbooks from the perspective of sociocultural theory
Few attempts have been made to explore the use of new-form foreign language textbooks. Adopting an empirical research method from the perspective of sociocultural theory, this research generalizes and describes five dimensions in the use of new-form foreign language textbooks and nine factors contained therein, and constructs structural equation model to summarize the relationships and interactive effects among the dimensions. Results of statisti…
A systematic review of lean practice in healthcare settings
Purpose: This review mainly aims to identify the lean practice conducted in hospitals, determining what problems lean practice can be helpful to solve in the hospitals. Data sources: Four electronic databases (Scopus, Web of science, Medline, and PubMed) were conducted for searching related literature in this review. Study selection: These studies in the hospitals that related lean healthcare practice and contained outcome variables were included…

Social networks contributed massive text data generated by users in it, which were crucial in information explosion. These unstructured and ambiguous expressed data may result in difficulty in obtaining available contextual information from it, which can help us gain more accurate insights into user-generated content, user preferences, and topic dynamics within social networks. By training on a large-scale unsupervised corpus and fine-tuning para…
The efficiency evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals by data envelopment analysis in Zhengzhou, China
Aim This study aimed to evaluate the operational efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hospitals in China. Methods Pearson’s analysis was used to test the correlation between the input and output variables. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) was utilized to analyze the input and output variables of 16 TCM hospitals, and each hospital efficiency score was computed by Deap 2.1, assuming variable return to scale (VRS), which is an input-orie…
The relationship between school assets and early adolescents' psychosocial adaptation
