Rozwój dziewcząt afrykańskich w okresie pokwitania w zróżnicowanych warunkach środowiskowych
Using the data found in literature and collected by the author, the growth of girls representing various environments and social strata from Zaire, Rwanda, Uganda, Nigeria, Gambia and Somalia is discussed, taking into account body height and weight and the age at menarche. An attempt is made to assess the secular end in the development of Zairean and Nigerian girls
Growth and development of children and youth with impairment of sight
The age at menarche is a feature more likely to be influenced by the impairment factor and the severity impairment of sight than somatic features
An attempt to evaluate some personality characteristics of Wrocław high school graduates of different pubescence age
An attempt was made to establish the correlation between the time of reaching sexual maturity and the level of psychical development. The material consisted of data obtained from schoolgirls of final classes of 6 secondary schools. In a questionnaire, the girls provided retrospective data concerning the age of menarche, and replied to questions being the basis for sexual maturity evaluation
