摘要当今大多数棉兰市克萨万街仍然保留着荷兰—中国建筑风格或过渡时代的建筑遗产,目前保存历史遗产的意识较少。修改建筑遗产的法律还未完善,也还未被指定为文化遗产的古建筑。这种情况使人们担心早晚将失去对原始建筑物的追踪。本文介绍棉兰唐人街建筑的形态特征。研究报告使用各种书籍和期刊进行研究。使用Andre Loeckx 和Markus Zahnd 的区域形态学理论和建筑物类型学。建筑物的总体状况并未丢失其原始形式。在重新粉刷,修复损坏的元件和更改范围内翻新功能的工作。从材料及其布局可以明显看出其形态。来自周围环境的建筑材料,例如砖,瓦屋顶和窗户。建筑物的布局位于市中心的住宅安置区,地形平坦建筑形态很适合热带及湿润气候的印度尼西亚。关键词: 形态学;建筑;唐人街;荷兰-中国;棉兰克萨万AbstrakPermukiman kesawan Medan sebagian besar masih mempertahankan arsitekturbangunan Belanda-China periode…
