Preparation of PbS/NiO Composite Photocathode and Their Applications in Quantum Dot Sensitized Solar Cells
The nanosized urchin-like NiO was synthesised by a simple hydrothermal method at high temperature, and a variety of comparative experiments were designed for studying the influence of different chemical bath deposition (CBD) cycles of PbS deposition on the photoelectric properties of quantum dot sensitized solar cells.
