  • What Are the Mechanisms Underpinning Intergenerational Transmission of Violence Perpetration? A Realist Review

Open Access•Franziska Meinck, Mengyao Lu et al.•ARTICLE•Trauma Violence & Abuse•2025

Successive generations are more likely to carry out acts of violence in households where an individual has either perpetrated or been subjected to violence. While research to date has mostly concentrated on direct associations between violence experience or perpetration in generation 1 and violence perpetration in generation 2, there is limited evidence regarding the underlying mechanisms of the transmission of intergenerational violence perpetra…

  • Assessment of knowledge, attitude and practices regarding oral health among adults visting dental clinic

Open Access•Ajit Kumar S Pillai, Thommeni Maria Singam et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of Health…•2022

This study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitude and practice of adults reporting to dental clinic in three different cities of Tamilnadu. Study was conducted on adults of age 20-30 years reporting to private dental clinic, willing to participate, in three cities of Madurai, Chennai and Thoothukudi. 900 subjects, 300 in each clinic, filled a self-administrable questionnaire with 15 pretested questions each to assess their knowledge, attitude an…

  • Design and implementation of U-Slot microstrip patch antenna using co-axial feeding technique for WLAN applications

Open Access•A Dineshkumar, K Immanuel et al.•ARTICLE•International Journal of Health…•2022

U-slot patch antenna design and implementation are discussed in this paper for 5.5GHz WLAN use. The VSWR and S11 of this suggested construction, which is based on FDTD techniques to attain the desired specification, are computed using the Computer Simulation Technology (CST) microwave studio. The maximum bandwidth while utilizing coaxial feed is 260 MHz, which corresponds to the WLAN frequency range of 5.36-5.62 GHz, and at its center resonant fr…
