Thoracic and lumbar curves were assessed with an ISOMED Unilevel inclinometer in different positions (standing, sitting and toe touching). Hamstring flexibility was evaluated using the straight leg raise test. Seventy-nine postmenopausal women that attended fitness classes (ACT) and 45 sedentary women (SED) were evaluated.
