Regulation and Praise in American, Estonian, and Swedish Mother--Child Interaction
This article deals with cultural influences on linguistic regulation and praise in American, Estonian, and Swedish mother-child interaction. Two-year-old children and their mothers from these different countries were videotaped during mealtime and puzzle solving.
