Strategic Mentoring: A Culturally Responsive Approach for Supporting Black Males
Young Black males living in single-parent homes, in spite of never having a mentor, understand the value of a responsible same-sex mentor. This qualitative study was exploratory in nature and involved the collection and analysis of data from Single Black fathers in Northern California raised without a father in the home.
