Biodiversity status of the Mekong Delta, Vietnam
This report aims to provide an up-to-date status report of biodiversity in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam. It also discusses opportunities and challenges for enhancing biodiversity in the region. This report is developed based on an extensive literature review and in-depth interviews with eight experts and six policymakers who have engaged in developing biodiversity policies and programmes in Vietnam for the last two decades.

Opportunities and challenges for mangrove management in Vietnam
In Vietnam, mangrove forests have been threatened by economic pressures and climate change. This report aims to analyze both opportunities and constraints for mangrove protection and management in Vietnam. The study found that local people appreciate the role that mangroves play in providing income, an attractive landscape and shelter from climate change related floods and storms.
