  • Reconstructing School Life during the Covid-19 Pandemic

    コロナ禍(下)での学校行事の実施やその方法は学校現場を悩ませてきた.本稿は,この学校行事に注目し,小中学校の学校生活がどうやって再構築されたのかを検討する.2020年度と21年度に行った学校調査のデータを用い,行事の中止状況にはどのような変化があったのか(RQ1)と行事中止率に影響を与える要因は何か(RQ2)の2つの問いを検討した.21年度に行事の多くは中止を回避されたが,元にも戻らなかった.各行事の中止傾向は2年間を通じてほぼ同じであり,儀式的行事が優先され,感染リスクが高い行事は中止されがちで,おおむね文部科学省の通知等の内容を反映するものであった.行事中止率に関するマルチレベル分析では,小中学校とも2020年度の方が都道府県レベルに有意な影響をもつ変数が多いことが判明した.2020年度には学校が所在する都道府県に独自の集合的な影響があったといえる.小学校段階で特徴的なのは「周りの学校との足並み重視」に中止率を上げる効果がみられることである.中学校段階にはこの変数の効果はみられず,小…
