Intake of nutrients, phytin P, polyphenolic compounds, oxalates and dietary fibre by university campus residents
Dietary survey of ninety families, thirty each from low, middle and high income groups of Punjab Agricultural University Campus, Ludhiana was carried out during the winter of 1990. Per caput nutrient intake was calculated using Indian Food Composition Tables.
