    To investigate the correlation between burnout, coping strategies, and spiritual attitudes of religious leaders, parish-based United Methodist clergy were invited to complete a questionnaire booklet that included the Maslach Burnout Inventory, the Hatch Spiritual Involvement and Beliefs Scale, and validated coping scales.
