Althochdeutsche Grammatik I
For 130 years, Wilhelm Braun's Old High German Grammar has been an indispensable research and teaching tool in Germanic studies. The 16 th edition begins by revising and updating volume I: Phonology/Morphology (formerly by Ingo Reiffenstein). It remains faithful to Braune's aim to combine a textbook and research grammar.

Bibliographie zur indogermanischen Wortforschung 3 Bde.
This bibliography presents the literature on the systematic issues involved in research on word formation, etymology, semasiology, onomasiology, and loanword strata in all Indo-Germanic languages, past and present, in as complete a way as possible. It is designed not only as a resource for Indo-Germanic studies proper but is of equal relevance to classical studies, Germanic studies, English studies, Romance studies, Slavonic studies, and Indology…
Gotische Grammatik
This is a completely revised version of the 20-year-old "Grammar of Gothic". The new edition upholds its allegiance to the dual function of the original as a study grammar for academic learning and a reference work for ongoing research. Two aims are central: clear and complete presentation of the facts and a comprehensive documentation of the relevant research with specific reference to language history. Formally, the volume has undergone extensi…
Althochdeutsche Grammatik I

The new 15th edition incorporates the rich research literature on morphology and phonology published over the last 30 years, and also attempts a careful modernization of this valuable work. The original aim of the book was to achieve a combination of study m…
Nominal Composition In Sabellic And Proto–Italic
The paper presents the totality of nominal compounds attested in the Sabellic languages. It intends to evaluate any lexical correspondences between Sabellic and Latin and to classify the types of composition as productive or rather marginal respectively. Common innovations in the system of nominal composition contribute to the arguments in favour of a linguistic unity of Proto–Italic.
