Violence – suicide and suicidal ideation as sequelae of trauma in substance use disorder inpatients
Experience with psychological trauma is overrepresented among substance use disorder (SUD) patients. SUDs may also be a risk factor for violent behaviors, suicidal ideation and suicide.
