Monetary–Fiscal Policy Interactions and Inflation Dynamics
This study addresses the role of monetary and fiscal policy stances in inflation dynamics in Japan. We estimate a Markov‐switching dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model with changes in the monetary–fiscal policy interaction.
