Better adherence to the life's essential 8 can reduce the risk of gallstone disease
Background This study aims to systematically investigate the association between the life's essential 8 (LE8) and gallstone disease (GSD), and further examine whether inflammation and oxidative stress mediate this relationship, so as to provide more scientific evidence for developing targeted preventive measures against GSD. Methods This is a cross-sectional study utilizing baseline survey data from the China Multi-Ethnic Cohort (CMEC). Multivari…

Methods Eligible randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were systematically retrieved from eight databases and quantitatively synthesized in a meta-analysis. Study quality was appraised using the Cochrane Risk of Bias tool and the GRADE framework.…
The Impact of AI Identity on University Students’ Research Creativity and the Moderating Role of Ethical Dilemmas
Artificial intelligence has been effectively integrated into every stage of undergraduate research, significantly improving students’ learning efficiency. Against this backdrop, artificial intelligence is no longer merely an optional external tool, but has become an extension of college students’ personal capabilities—that is, “AI identity.” The study constructs a moderated dual-mediation model from the perspective of ambidextrous learning. Movin…

These costs, however, remain underexplored, limiting our understanding of their effects on motivation and impeding efforts to design effective curricula and teaching strategies. Grounded in situated expectancy-value theory, this study investig…

Using GMM on a sample of firms indexed on Blockchain50 in China during 2009–2022, findings show that Largest-shareholders minimise CH, indicating corporate expansion. Due to their monitoring motive, Top10-shareholders allow corporations to maintain large cash. To prevent currency misuse, institutional ownership and CH are negatively related. Manageri…
