The Date of Christ's Crucifixion and the Earth’s Rotation
Two dates 7 April AD 30 and 3 April AD 33 have remained as the candidate dates of the Crucifixion of Christ. This paper concludes that the Crucifixion was 7 April AD 30. Firstly, people in Jerusalem experienced a total solar eclipse at around the day of the Crucifixion from which the date of the solar eclipse should be 24 November AD 29.
