Resistance in Visual Narratives
This paper examines 25 purposively selected images of the EndSARS protests in Nigeria. The data is subjected to qualitative analysis, and analyzed from a multimodal analytic approach. Findings reveal that the task of creating credibility and realities of the protests through images is divided between the verbal and the visual modes.
