The Role of Positive Psychological Capital and Personality Traits on the Relationship of Conscious Awareness and Entrepreneurial Intention
A conceptual model including conscious awareness, positive psychological capital, personality traits and entrepreneurial intention is suggested with the purpose of providing a deeper understanding on the premises of entrepreneurial intention.
