    Justice is a difficult proposition for much intimate partner violence. The criminal justice system has often been reluctant to protect abused women and very reluctant to punish abusers.     The author discusses some problems that can prevent comparable worth legislation from achieving meaningful gender wage equity, which she defines as the elimination of gender as a factor in wage setting.
