Les auteurs évaluent dans quelle mesure la loi péruvienne n° 31047/2020, qui accorde à la main‐d‘œuvre domestique les mêmes droits et la même protection sociale qu'aux autres travailleurs, a réellement amélioré l'accès de ces employés à un contrat écrit et aux droits. Paid domestic workers (PDWs) in Peru, who are predominantly women, are one of the most vulnerable labour sectors in the country.
