This study examines how UNHCR's inclusive refugee education policy is legitimised and contested in host states, and what structural dilemmas constrain its implementation, focusing on Syrian refugees' education in Lebanon. Here, we present δ 13 C and δ 15 N results for the dietary reconstruction of nomadic pastoralists from the Iron Age (ca. 1000 bc –8 ad ) site of Heigouliang. The human ( n = 27) δ 13 C values range from −19.6‰ to −17.0‰ with a mean value of −18.5 ± 0.5‰, and the δ 15 N results range from 11.5‰ to 13.8‰ with a mean value of 12.4 ± 0.6‰.
