While quit success was higher among participants who smoked menthol, small sample sizes and wide CIs limited the ability to detect associations. Continued menthol use and widespread accessory use suggest regulatory loopholes may be undermining the ban's effectiveness
Social determinants of support for tobacco control policies to end the use of commercial cigarettes
Support for policies to reduce the use of commercial cigarettes was moderate-to-high among adults who smoke, although it varied significantly by country, gender and income. Tailored communication strategies could help increase support and promote policy adoption
Use of nicotine pouches among adults who currently or formerly smoked cigarettes and/or vaped nicotine

International differences in patterns of cannabis use among adult cigarette smokers
Patterns of tobacco and cannabis co-use differed between countries. Smokers in Canada and the US had higher rates of co-use, daily cannabis use, dual-daily use of both cannabis and cigarettes, and were more likely to perceive smoked cannabis as less harmful than cigarettes compared to England and Australia.
