To explore “The effects of remittances on households’ standard of living and analyze the pre- and post-Gulf crisis” for district Swat. The primary data is collected from 68 sample respondents through face-to-face interviews. The international news agencies are probably doing a better job quantitatively than qualitatively. The Third World countries will probably never be satisifed with the quality of their own news coverage until they have their own news agency
