Cyber racism in counseling cyberspaces
Attention toward how technology may be used to perpetuate racism is warranted given the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We examined cyberspaces associated with the counseling profession to estimate the prevalence and impact of cyber racism using a cross-sectional design. Results indicated that exposure to cyber racism may impact emotions and perceived inclusion in groups
Care centre visits to married people living with HIV
We tested whether observation of the presence and relationship of attendants (i.e. those that accompany upon admission) and visitors to a sample of 230 (128 male, 102 female) married HIV-positive people in an HIV care centre provides an indicator of caregiving, AIDS-related stigma and discrimination.
