It has proved that religion is a motor of individualisation. 2 Ott uses the term individuation in her text (2016, 19) to characterize participation under the auspices of boundedness, distinctiveness, autonomy and freedom. We replace individuation, which for the Kolleg-Forschergruppe indicates the ontogenetic process of a human being, with individualisation.
