Attitude (In)congruence in Group Interactions Predicts Social Identification and Favouritism Behaviour
Addressing widespread polarisation requires understanding how attitudes relate to identification and ingroup favouritism. Procedural Fairness Is the Foundation for Making Nonlawyer Judges Effective
This article begins by examining the origins and modern standing of nonlawyer judges. It moves on to recite criticisms levied at nonlawyer judges and the reasons that large-scale elimination of nonlawyer judges is unlikely in the near future. Finally, it concludes by offering procedural fairness training as an attainable and highly effective tool to improve the performance of nonlawyer judges

This article seeks to build on recent movement in the fields of religion and gender studies in order to analyze and critically reflect on “the relation, confrontation and intersection of gender and religion” (Korte, 2011, p. 2).
