Miguel León-Portilla (1926-2019)
Miguel León-Portilla falleció en la Ciudad de México el 4 de octubre de 2019, a la edad de 93 años. Había nacido en esta misma ciudad, el 22 de febrero de 1926, muy cerca de la Alameda de Santa María la Ribera, en una casa situada en la calle Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, esquina con Cedros.Inició su largo recorrido académico al obtener el Bachillerato con especialidad en Ciencias Sociales, en el Instituto de Ciencias, en Guadalajara, en 1944.
