Researcher development of pretenured faculty of colour in counselling programmes in the U.S
This study explored the perceptions of researcher development among nine pretenured faculty of colour in counselling in the U.S. using a phenomenological approach as a methodological framework. This study investigated the moderating role of resilience in the relationship between racial discrimination and perceived stress among Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) counselors during the Covid-19 pandemic. Experiential Reflecting Teams in the Training of Group Counselors
Using a comparative case study design, this study explored the reflecting team (RT) method in group training among counseling students (n = 26). Participants were assigned to either the experiential group (EG) or RT, and group climate was assessed using the Group Climate Questionnaire (GCQ-S). With its growing appeal, an increasing number of counseling-related research studies have embraced moderated mediation as a method of inquiry. The purpose of this article is to provide an introduction to some and a refresher to others the concept of moderated mediation and how it can be applied in career development research.
