Depressive symptoms but not chronic stress mediate the link between income and cognition in Latino and Black older adults
These initial results suggest that the development of interventions targeted toward depressive symptoms in Black and Latino older adults may help promote well-being and alleviate the detrimental consequences of income inequalities on cognition in older adulthood

The Four-Point Scoring System for the Clock Drawing Test Does Not Differentiate between Alzheimer's Disease and Vascular Dementia
The purpose of this study was to explore the sensitivity and specificity of the Clock Drawing Test by using a widely employed four-point scoring system to discriminate between patients with Alzheimer's disease or vascular dementia. Receiver operating characteristic analysis indicated that the Clock Drawing Test was able to distinguish between normal elders and those with a dementia diagnosis. Personality Correlates of the Report of Mystical Experience
The search for stable personality correlates of mystical experience has been hampered by the use of pathologically oriented personality inventories or those confounded by heavy loadings on mystical experiences. Ordinal Position, Family Size, and Assertiveness
The relationship between birth order, family size, and assertiveness was investigated for 140 college students. No significant differences on assertiveness among the males categorized for birth order and family size were found. Female firstborns and females from families with 3 or fewer siblings were significantly higher in assertiveness scores than laterborn females and females from larger families.
