Implications of Transnational Adoption Status for Adult Korean Adoptees
This study used a consensual qualitative research method to explore the implications of transnational adoption in the lives of 12 adult Korean adoptees. The aim of the study was to identify the contextual factors and socialization experiences most salient to the identity development of African American girls. Seventeen African American young women participated in dyadic focus groups.
