The Pershore Flores Historiarum

The household rolls of King Henry III of England (1216?72)
The household rolls of King Henry III are the first to survive for any English king. In broadest terms they record the daily expenses of the various household departments, the most important being the pantry, buttery and kitchen, in supplying the court with its food and drink.
